Cancellation & Refunds
TedTrades members may cancel at any time. Cancellation requests can be made via email to customer support, and all said requests will be honored within 48 hours of receipt. Once cancelled, the member will continue to have access to the service until the current paid period is over.
By signing up and completing payment for the TedTrades service, the member agrees that MONTHLY membership fees are non-refundable and all monthly transactions are final. Refund requests for ANNUAL membership fees will be honored, as long as the member can provide photographic evidence that the member actively traded specific options included in TedTrades action alerts, the member bought said options for prices close to those listed in those specific buy alerts from TedTrades, the member sold said options within a timely manner after receiving those specific sell alerts from TedTrades, and that the member was unable to turn a profit by buying and selling said options accordingly.
